Finally completed a project for baby

It may have taken me a while to complete a knitted project for the baby but at last I have managed!

I started trying to knit a cardigan but I have made a mistake and not sure how to correct it. Will have to take it up to my mum's and hope she can help me out!

I also had a lot of painful rib flare which made knitting impossible. Now that has passed I really have no excuse.

For Christmas I got a basket of wool and some knitting patterns so I thought I would start with a relatively easy project - a wee hat.

As we don't know the baby's sex I decided to do it in a nice bright red (I prefer bright colours) and I think it looks cute. Maybe a bit big for a new born but will certainly be used during the winter months.
