Toddler's Togs

Daisies and dinosaurs make a perfect combination!

Edit: I ordered and was charged for 18-24 dungarees and it has taken me a month to realise that I was in fact sent 12-18 month dungarees hence why they fit M so well and why I thought they were small sized.

Since M put on her first pair of dungarees I have been a lover of them and have always looking for cute pairs of dungarees to buy her (and now her brother too). When I first saw these from Frugi I fell in love with them and I am so pleased that I bought them as they are so cute! I think M agreed as I had barely taken them out of the parcel and she was trying in earnest to put them on.

Dungarees:

Frugi Daisy Dino Dungarees from Mini Bugs Boutique: £20

Although you can get these dungarees from many retailers I opted for Mini Bugs Boutique as they were one of the few retailers that I could find that did not charge for P&P. Always a winner in my book!

The Dungarees are jersey material that is 100% organic cotton! They have poppers on the legs to make nappy changes easy (phew) and poppers on the shoulders to help with putting them on and taking them off.

The knees have soft pads on them, so if you LO is crawling this will help comfort them.

I absolutely love the design. Dinosaur clothing is something I have never really seen in the girls section but with the pink and flowers these are perfect.

These fit M perfectly and are size 18-24 month. Normally M wears 9-12 or 12-18 so I would say lengthwise they are perhaps shorter then some clothing she has. However, she has a long body and often dresses and all in ones were shorter than trousers and tops on her. They are cut perfectly for cloth nappy wearers and just generally look amazing! They certainly brightened up our day when they arrives in the post and I can imagine they are going to become one of the most worn items of clothing that M has in her wardrobe until they become too small for her.

I loved them so much that I have bought F a pair in a tractor design for when he is 3-6 months old! I am sure they will feature on Tiny's Togs when he is big enough to fit them.

  2. I'm a huge dungarees fan too. And the soft padded knees sound brilliant! Wish I'd gotten some when my daughter was crawling (she's now walking) as her poor knees are like sandpaper now!! #weekendministyle

  5. Those are SO cute! I love dungarees but I've reached that tricky stage with my Felix. He's potty trained, has been a few months now, but getting in and out of dungarees by himself is too hard so until he's a bit older they are back on the backburner again. Booo!
