Toddler's Togs

A spring flower

Dress:

Nutmeg at Morrisons - £8

This dress was a bit of an emergency buy. Never feed your child macaroni in a cafe just before she is due at her dance class! Luckily the cafe we were at was Morrisons and they have just starting stocking a small selection of clothing. Usually I love almost all of Nutmeg clothing but this time I struggled to find something that wasn't character clothing - Peppa Pig especially (why? just why?). Luckily they had this dress and I bought it as it was about only thing I liked.

This has a t-shirt looking top and a cute little skirt sewn together into a dress. The waistband is gold and it has a lovely wee flower on it.

I found that I much preferred this dress once it was on than when it was on the hanger and actually I have fallen in love with a bit. A cute wee dress for spring.

Tights:

Next - part of set

The tights she has on would not be the tights I would have chosen for this dress (dogs and pretty floral dresses is not what I think go) but they were not covered in macaroni so they stayed on. I love these tights, as does M who is a huge dog fan.

Shoes:

Converse - £14.99 in sale

I love converse and so when I saw these for sale I just had to buy them (oh and it meant my basket reached the free shipping costs - I would have been cheaper paying for postage lol). They are too big for her at the moment but she loves them and since we can velcro them tight it helps. M constantly chooses these to wear.

  1. Awww bless she looks adorable. I never had a look at clothes in Morrisons but that dress looks fab and only £8. I don't think the tights actually look bad, the whole outfit works #weekendtotstyle #funkykidfriday

  3. Haha I'm not a fan of Peppa either (controversial!)! What a cute little dress. I used to like Nutmeg's clothes when it was stocked in Kiddicare, but I'm ever near a Morrison's so haven't seen anything for ages! This dress will be super perfect for all the lovely weather we're going to have this year (positive thinking!) Thanks so much for linking up with us and hope you've had a great weekend :) #weekendtotstyle

  5. Very cute!! I love the photo next to the yellow car too :) I love Nutmeg clothes, but I hate Peppa so I'd be joining you in the disappointment!

Thanks for linking up to #FunkyKidFriday xx

  6. She looks so cute! I'm another Peppa hater, and character clothes in general - luckily Toby hasn't got to the stage where he wants cartoon characters all over his clothes yet! I do like some of the Nutmeg clothes though - I've not actually been to for a while, maybe I'm due a trip to Morrisons :) #FunkyKidFriday
