Day 8 - #30DaysWild

Carrying into the wild

One thing I love about carrying F (and M) is that you can go place that you would otherwise struggle going with a pram and today was one of those days.

When M went to her swimming lesson with daddy I went for a walk with F round the local pond, Keptie Pond, Arbroath, and up to the, what I thought was a castle but is in fact a water tower. I could have taken the pram but it would have meant either going up and down the same route, or bumping the pram down steps and onto the road in the wrong direction of the pond. Luckily as I was carrying F I could follow an unofficial path down to the pond which was lovely and surrounded in bluebells.

The last time I did this was a good few months ago when it started to snow and F got grumpy. This time it was a much more pleasant experience.

We love ponds and birds and wildlife and this is the ideal spot. There was a house for sale looking right onto the pond which would be a fantastic location to live in.

Once daddy was at work I decided to see if I could get F on my back with a wrap and although not perfect I managed and so we went out a walk with M and her pram. I love that M loves exploring her surroundings and pays so much attention to people's garden and flowers.
