Personalise your electronics with CaseApp

UPDATE: It turns out I made the mistake of ordering the wrong skin and instead of ordering the MacBook Pro 13 inch with retina I just ordered the MacBook Pro 13 skin which will have caused the skin not to fit. I have since ordered the correct skin and will update accordingly.

When you spend money on technology you want to protect it. I know when I get a new phone one of the first things I buy for it is a case so I was so excited to be asked to review a couple of product from CaseApp.

I could not decide what to buy but in the end I decided to opt for an iPhone case (£19) which was great as my old one was clear and just so boring and a laptop skin (£22).

Designing the products was so simple. Just click the product that you want and then choose which ever product matches yours. You can choose from a selection of Apple and Samsung devices.

I chose the iPhone 6s and then went to the next screen. Here you are presented with a section of options. This is the hard bit. Trying to choose which photo you want to use for your case. You can do a collage if that makes it easier for you, and can add clipart to it as well.

I prefer simpler things in life and went for a single photo. A clever guide comes up to show how you photo fits on the case and gives guides on where to put your photo and where to put text.

I then decided to get a skin for my laptop. It is the same process as above.

When I recieved the items I was so happy with the picture quality. So clear and bright. I absolutely love both.

The iPhone case is incredibly thin. I was expecting it to be a bit bulky but it still surprises me how thin it is. Much thinner than my old case. I chose a matt finish and so glad I did as it just adds to how amazing the design is. I absolutely love it and I just know that I will be buying more in the future.

The laptop skin was slightly tricky to apply, getting it to line up with the edges and the Apple logo was hard and there are parts of the design that overlap the edge and stick up. I am a bit disappointed by this as it detracts from the overall look of it BUT the skin itself is amazing and will not be removed any time soon. I so find myself trying to stick it down a fair bit when in the laptop. I am not how I would improve this but it can be a bit annoying at times. My husband was so amazed by it when he came home and saw it.

As well as designing a case or skin yourself there is the option to buy from a selection of pre-designed products if that is what you are looking for.

I would highly recommend these so for a 20% discount code, valid until September 1, visit CaseApp and use "TRAININGMUMMY20” at the checkout.

I was provided with these products in exchange for an honest review. All views are mine.
